Barn Rental:                                                            $1,950 for wedding

Includes full day from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 pm on the wedding day plus two hours the day before for a rehearsal, tables and chairs for 120 people, white linens for tables, set up and clean up. There will be an additional charge for numbers over 120, although we can accommodate significantly more than that number. All music and noise has to  be shut down by 10:00 P.M.

Rehearsal dinner option:                                                $300.00

Includes help with set-up and clean-up, customer provides caterer. You could begin set-up as early as 2:00 P.M.

Bridal Suite                                                                          $150.00

Bride and attendants can dress here for the wedding 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 P.M. day of wedding

Overnight Stay, Bridal Party                                          $200.00

Includes getting ready for wedding. 3:00 P.M. the day before and must be out by 11:00 P.M. the day of. 

Available for Bride & Groom’s Wedding Night        $100.00

Bottle of Champagne included. Departure time 11:00 A.M.

Pew Rental

Pews are available for rent for $30.00 each, includes set-up and tear down by The Barn at Abundant Blessings Farm. Rental fee is $15.00 per pew if wedding party sets them up and tears them down.

Deposit required to hold dates:                                   33% of total

(Deposit is not refundable once dates are set. Remainder of rent due 30 days prior to event.)

Damage Security Deposit                                               $300.00

Due 30 days before event date. This deposit is refundable as long as no damage has occurred. 

  • Non- Wedding Events                 $400 for first two hours, $50 each additional hour ( Maximum 5 hours ), customer handles set-up and clean-up. 
  • If alcohol will be served, renters must purchase a one day, event insurance policy, naming The Barn at Abundant Blessings Farm as an additional insured.
  • We do not sell or provide alcoholic beverages.
  •  We can handle as much or as little of your arrangements as you like, from rentals on tents, dishes, linens and extra lighting, plus photographers, DJ’s and caterers for a fee of 5% of the cost.
